Help Desk Support Services Center
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) Help Desk has evolved into a Web-based Help Desk Support Services Center. Our webtasks system is an on-line self-service feature or end-user service that allows JSU users to enter service requests and check the progress of their existing service requests. Under construction is the self-service or end-user feature that will also allow our users to look up solutions in a database. This feature will give our customers the capability and tools to solve problems on their own. We aim to become a proactive service provider to our customers around the clock. The Request for Technical Support Staff form can still be printed from our Information Management Resources page. Click on the Download a Form link. For quality assurance purposes, Jackson State University faculty and staff are asked to fill out completely the Request for Technical Support Staff form and submit it to the Help Desk (fax to: 601-371-9146).
