Inventory Management
Our department provides guidelines for all departments to ensure proper accountability for all furniture and / or equipment owned by the University. The University is required by state law , the Board of Trustees of the State Institutions of Higher Learning and the State Department of Audit to maintain an accurate inventory information system of all movable furniture and/or equipment owned and maintained by the University . Inventory Management provides locations of all inventory to prevent needless duplication and waste. It is vital that all departments assist in doing their part in this effort.
