Information Technology Customer Service is the liaison between the customer and the IT unit. We are committed to sustain high quality customer service through professional commitment. Here in IT Customer Service we strive to exemplify customer care by analyzing and resolving problems and coordinate the repairs with the appropriate IT department. We take pride in ensuring that the services we provide are appropriate, available and accessible to faculty, staff, and students in carrying out the mission of the University.
