The mission of the Divison of Information Management is to support and enhance the academic and administrative activities of Jackson State University. This office further strives to enable the University to be a major force in revitalizing the Jackson metropolitan area by identifying and providing applications of information technology to enhance education, research and services at the university. In its leadership role, DIM will be committed to creating and nurturing the vital information technology environment required for Jackson State University to achieve its vision of excellence in teaching, prominence in research, and success in revitalizing and redeveloping the community it serves.
